Every project is assigned a project manager, with the responsibility to track and inform client and production team of progress daily.

The production team, usually 2-4 people meet every morning for 30 minutes to review progress and set deadlines for that day. Our unit of product on websites is a page.

Clients receive a daily report with a host statistics about their project. Pages with discovery complete, pages built, pages approved, pages in for V1, V2, etc. changes. And finally pages approved.
