Our method is quite simple. There are five steps with clear objective.
During discovery we must identify the project co-ordinator from our client and from ourselves. They meet and and we define the objectives to get us to the 2nd step, the 'define' stage. This process is repeated through all five stages of all our projects.
We host a Q & A server version for all our projects since even small projects are important. Our Q & A environment allows our clients to monitor progress on their applications as we progress. There are weekly updates.
It is simply the right way to do it.
